C45 (1045) Carbon Steel
C45 (1045) steel suppliers, delivering to the whole of the Middle East. It is medium-high carbon steels that can be strengthened by heat treating after forming. Machinability and weldability are fair. Density of this grade is 7.845 g/cm’ when material composition is C=0.435% Mn = 0.69%, Si = 0.20%; annealed at 860°C.

Form of Supply
Available in Hot Rolled, Cold Drawn as well as Forged Solid Round Bars in Annealed condition. Additionally, Flat Sections and plates available in Hot Rolled as well as Forged annealed condition. Diameters availability are up to 10⌀ – 650⌀. Sheets availability are up to 10mm – 350mm. Square bar availability are up to 10mm – 200mm. Flat bar availability are up to 30mm – 255mm.
Applications
Typical uses include machine, plow, carriage bolts, tie wire, cylinder head studs, machine parts, U-bolts, concrete reinforcing rods, forgings and non-critical springs.
